Founder Dave Collins is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been working hard since 1998. As a high energy results oriented real estate professional with 25 years of experience who has a
natural ability in establishing rapport with a diverse population of people, his sharp intuition,
strong interpersonal and communication skills, high detail orientation,  and extensive experience has ensured continued exceptional appraisal quality in a fast paced work environment.

Having completed and delivered more than 15,000 residential appraisals and/or appraisal reviews personally during his appraisal tenure, Dave has been assisting his clients the best way possible through every step of the residential real estate appraisal process : honestly and fairly.
